The civil version is considerably rarer than for military merit (with swords). This piece originates from the estate of a member of the Diplomatic Corps. The name will be communicated to the bearer.

Silver breast star, 97 mm, partially gilt, the cross finely enameled, enamel damage on the cipher and in the medallion ring. The lower arm of the cross restored! The pin and backplate marked 14.
