Manufactured from bronze-plated fine zinc, featuring Luftwaffe eagle and standing sword with year "1941" "For Outstanding Service - The Commanding General and Commander of Air District II" below which is the coat of arms of Posen. Height 19 cm. Condition 2-3. Included is the appointment document of the decorated soldier to Sergeant in the 2nd Battery / Reserve Flak Battalion 505.

Established in 1941 by the commanding general and commander of Air District II, Air District Command II, Lieutenant General Bieneck. Air District II in Posen, Warthegau region as well as the northern area of the General Government.

This piece is a luxury jeweler's production. Cast from a piece manufactured by C.E. Juncker in silver, 26.5 grams. The catch has an additional needle safety device. The wreath is marked “800” on the reverse on both the right and left sides, as well as the eagle on the swastika. With very beautiful dark patina.

Complete in original paper packet printed “Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe”, reverse marked “G.H.Osang Dresden A 1”, packet damaged at top, condition grade 2.

German silver (nickel silver) version for “Unteroffizier Peter Ubländer on 31.7.42”, stamped on the underside of the base “Joh. Wagner & Sohn Alpaka - Feinsilber Auflage”. With dark patina, the base is heavily compressed! Condition 2-.

Unteroffizier Peter Ubländer was an aerial gunner in 8. Staffel, Kampfgeschwader 27 “Boelcke”. The German Cross in Gold was awarded on 1.3.1943. He was further decorated with the Luftwaffe Marksmanship Lanyard 1st Class, Air Gunner Badge, Iron Cross 1st and 2nd Class, Operational Flying Clasp for Bomber Pilots in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Pendant, Wound Badge in Black, Medal for the Winter Campaign in the East 1941/42, Crimea Shield.

Nickel silver version with engraving "Unteroffizier Rolf Dorias am 23.1.43", stamped on the underside of the base "Joh. Wagner & Sohn Alpaka - Feinsilber Auflage". Uncleaned and undamaged, with beautiful dark patina, Condition 2.

Unteroffizier Rolf Dorias was aerial gunner in 6. Staffel, II./Kampfgeschwader 4, awarded the German Cross on 17.10.1943.

German silver (alpaca) version with engraving "Feldwebel Heinrich Gärtner am 10.6.42", stamped on the underside of the base "Joh. Wagner & Sohn Alpaka - Feinsilber Auflage". Uncleaned and undamaged, with attractive light patina, condition 2+.

Feldwebel Heinrich Gärtner received his Honor Goblet as radio operator in 3.(F.)/Aufklärungsgeschwader 122, awarded the German Cross in Gold on March 20, 1944.

German silver (Alpaka) version with engraving “Oberfeldwebel Paul Mischke am 16.12.42”, stamped on the underside of the base “Joh. Wagner & Sohn Alpaka - Feinsilber Auflage”. Uncleaned and undamaged, with beautiful even patina, condition 2.
Oberfeldwebel Paul Mischke served as radio operator with 2./Kampfgeschwader 27 and received the German Cross in Gold on July 23, 1943.

This is a handcrafted field-made piece, manufactured in Tunisia, circa 1942. Two-piece construction in cast brass, the eagle toned, reverse with handcrafted pin. Worn piece, condition 2.
An interesting variant, we have repeatedly seen pieces from this local production over the past 30 years.

Made of bronze, diameter approximately 5.5 cm, with inscription “Die Deutsche Seewarte Ihren Mitarbeitern zur See” (The German Naval Observatory to Its Collaborators at Sea), “Gestiftet am Tage der Einweihung D. 14. Sept. 1881” (Founded on the Day of Inauguration, 14 September 1881). In original case.

German silver (Alpaka) execution with engraving "Oberfeldwebel Paul Zaborowski am 18.1.43", stamped on the underside of the base "Joh. Wagner & Sohn Alpaka - Feinsilber Auflage". Uncleaned and undamaged, with beautiful even patina, condition 2.

Oberfeldwebel Paul Zaborowski served as observer in 5./Kampfgeschwader 30.
One of the last Honor Goblets awarded in 1943, very rare.

Hauptmann Felix-Alexander Kreitlow received his goblet as a radio operator.

Cleaned ground-recovered artifact, wreath of zinc with gilding still visible, eagle of non-ferrous metal with traces of silver plating.

Hollow-embossed non-ferrous metal, fire-gilded with polished edges. Reverse with 4 flat split pins affixed to the Iron Cross ribbon. Worn piece removed from uniform.

The Honor Roll Clasp of the Luftwaffe was instituted on July 5, 1944 by decree of the Commander-in-Chief of the Luftwaffe, Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring, and awarded to members of the Luftwaffe according to the same principles as the Honor Roll Clasp of the Army. The name of the recipient was entered into the Honor Roll of the German Luftwaffe. Approximately 180 awards are known.

Gilt bronze, the wings enameled in blue. Reverse with broad pin. Manufactured by maker “C.E. Juncker Berlin SW”, however without maker's mark. Lightly worn. Condition 2.

Round zinc badge, partially enameled, with pin fastener, bearing serial number 4596, worn condition.
During World War II, DEW manufactured armor plating for tanks and artillery pieces, as well as shells, ordnance, and steel helmets. Board member Walter Rohland in particular was responsible for a significant expansion of DEW's armaments production. This production was partially carried out using forced laborers and concentration camp prisoners; the Neubrücke concentration camp subcamp serves as one example.

Rectangular plaque of bronzed zinc, dimensions 110 x 160 mm. Design: large Luftwaffe eagle with surrounding swastika band, text “Für besondere Leistung Der Kommandierende General und Befehlshaber im Feldluftgau Norwegen” (For Special Achievement The Commanding General and Commander in Chief of Air District Command Norway). Reverse with award number 8995, reverse with suspension loop. Plaque is slightly warped, condition 2.
Very rare.

Silver medallion depicting the Parachutist Badge, reverse side with motto “Treue um Treue” (Loyalty for Loyalty) and maker's mark of the jeweler in Mailand “800”, complete with silver necklace chain, condition 2. Additionally, a large wedding photograph showing the man as a Feldwebel wearing the Parachutist Badge, Iron Cross 2nd Class, and Wound Badge, plus another portrait photograph of the wearer (likely taken in peacetime) as an airman with newly awarded Parachutist Badge.

As thanks for the rescue of the art treasures of the Monte Cassino monastery before it was bombed by the Americans, Abbot Gregorio Diamare presented the 1st Fallschirmjäger Division with, among other things, a small donation of silver. From this, the loyalty chains were created.
Included is a photocopy of an award certificate, signed “Schulz, Oberst und Divisionsführer Div.-Gef.-Stand”.

Plaque in cast bronze, in the center the Luftwaffe eagle “Für hervorragende Leistung - Der Kommandierende General und Befehlshaber im Luftkreis V” (For Outstanding Achievement - The Commanding General and Commander in Chief of Air District V), at top with recipient engraving “U Feldw. Rolcke”. Dimensions 87 x 110 mm.
Condition 2. Very rare, offered by us for the first time in over 25 years.
The Honor Plaque of Luftkreis V was a non-wearable award of the German Luftwaffe prior to World War II, presented by Generalleutnant Karl Eberth.
