German Air Force 1933-45

Version without saw back, brass hilt with screwed wooden grip scales, the blade with manufacturer's mark “Alcoso ACS Solingen”, blued scabbard, which shows a slight dent in the lower half. Otherwise a very well preserved piece. Condition 2

This is a very fine example, circa 1939. The crossguard and pommel in toned aluminum, the grip of ivory with fine wire wrapping, minor stress cracks on the sides, typical for ivory, nickel-plated blade without maker's mark, etched on both sides with Luftwaffe national eagle and floral motifs, the scabbard toned and dent-free. The dagger shows wear consistent with age and use. Condition 2.

Included is the CITES permit for sale, import and export under the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, dated 2024.

Perfectly preserved blade by “Original Eickhorn Solingen”, nickel fittings with beautiful patina, the blue leather covering of the grip as well as the scabbard in very good condition, the sunwheels without gilding, the grip with intact wire wrapping, the scabbard fittings as well as the carrying chain made of nickel, the upper scabbard fitting engraved “Heinz Paul Jgd. II/137 Z.A.”. A very well preserved dagger. Condition 2

Jagdgeschwader 137 was a unit of the Luftwaffe of the Wehrmacht before World War II. The I. Gruppe of Jagdgeschwader 137 was formed on April 20, 1937 in Bernburg. On April 15, 1937 and February 1, 1938, it transferred individual Staffeln to Jagdgeschwader 135 and Lehrgeschwader Greifswald, which were however replaced again. On July 1, 1938, the II. Gruppe was established in Zerbst. The Geschwader was initially equipped with the Arado Ar 68 and later with the Messerschmitt Bf 109D. On November 1, 1938, the I. and II. Gruppe were redesignated as the I. and II. Gruppe of Jagdgeschwader 231. With this, the Geschwader ceased to exist.

This is a very fine example, circa 1939. The grip fittings in aluminum, lightly toned, with traces of gilding still visible on the swastikas, the light-colored grip with intact wire wrapping, nickel-plated blade with maker's mark "Emil Voos Solingen", etched on both sides with Luftwaffe national eagle and floral tendrils, only minor surface rust spots visible, the scabbard in excellent condition, also lightly toned, complete with hanger and portepee. The dagger shows only light wear and minor age patina. An exceptionally fine piece.
Luftwaffe daggers with blade etching by "Emil Voos" are considerably rarer than comparable Army daggers.

Short carbine blade as from an extra sidearm, somewhat pitted and cleaned, manufacturer's mark “Waffen-Loesche Berlin” and on the other side difficult to recognize “Ch. AW”, plain hilt with triple-screwed horn grip scales, the crossguard stamped “266”, blued steel scabbard with brown belt frog, but overall well preserved. Condition 2-.

Very clean blade without visible maker's mark, pommel and crossguard of aluminum, white grip with intact wire wrap, scabbard clean and dent-free, with portepee and hanger, worn but in good condition. Condition 2

Well-preserved blade with maker's mark of “Original Eickhorn Solingen” and acceptance stamp, nickel fittings with brass sunwheels, the dark blue leather covering of the grip and scabbard in good condition, only small areas of loss visible, carrying strap present. Worn condition. Condition 2

Version with aluminum fittings, well-preserved blue leather covering, intact wire wrapping, the blade shows some spotting, maker “E. & F. Hörster Solingen”, the scabbard with aluminum fittings and chain, with belt hanger loop, used condition, signs of age, otherwise well preserved. Condition 2-

Well-preserved blade with manufacturer marking “Alcoso ACS Solingen”. The grip fittings in nickel finish, the grip with well-preserved leather covering, the wire wrapping intact, the scabbard leather also in good condition, the scabbard fittings of iron, the suspension chain of aluminum. A very well-preserved dagger. Condition 2

The blade with decorative etching on both sides, floral scrollwork and Luftwaffe eagle, maker's mark of “SMF Solingen”, pommel and crossguard are made of aluminum, the pommel slightly darkened, the sunwheels still show a trace of gilding, orange plastic grip with fine wire wrapping, tinted steel scabbard is undamaged, the fittings also in aluminum. A beautiful dagger in good condition. Condition 2

This is the classic version manufactured by Carl Eickhorn Solingen. The hilt fittings in fire-gilt non-ferrous metal, the grip mounts hand-decorated. On the obverse quillon, the separately applied silver-plated Luftwaffe national eagle, triple-riveted. The grip in amber color with gilt wire wrap. Straight nickel-plated and etched blade with fullers on both sides, gilt dedication on the obverse “In dankbarer Anerkennung” (In Grateful Recognition), on the reverse “Der Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe - Hermann Göring” (The Commander-in-Chief of the Luftwaffe - Hermann Göring), each gilt with blued background. On the ricasso with maker's mark “Original Eickhorn Solingen”. Black leather scabbard with gilt mounts, reverse side clamped.
Only very lightly worn, the original gilding of the fittings over 95% intact, the blade in mint condition. A very well-preserved piece.

Generalleutnant Walter Heling, born 1887 in Belgrad and missing since May 12, 1942 at Kharkov, was Luftwaffe commander in Stade, Jütland, Flensburg from the beginning of the war. Later Commander of Luftwaffe Construction Brigade VI during Operation Barbarossa.

Ground carbine blade, manufacturer's stamp “Waffen-Loesche Berlin” and on the other side “Ch. A. W”, iron hilt with horn grip scales attached with three screws, the steel scabbard black lacquered, with repaired frog and sword knot, condition 2-

Very clean blade with maker's mark “F. W. Höller Solingen”, the grip leather in good condition, the wire wrapping intact, the crossguard and pommel made of nickel, applied swastika emblems, blue leather scabbard with nickel fittings, the suspension chain made of aluminum. A well-preserved dress dagger. Condition 2-

The blade shows some age spots, on the ricasso the Luftwaffe acceptance stamp "6", without maker mark. Triple-riveted wooden grip, the scabbard with nearly 100% original paint, undamaged belt clip. A lightly worn piece with storage traces, otherwise in good condition. Condition 2

Cast iron knife serving as a letter opener, nickel-plated, engraved on both sides of the crossguard with “1938” and “7.Batt. A.Q. Flaks 6”, the pommel cap is unscrewable, a secret compartment is located inside the grip, brown leather scabbard included. An interesting piece. Condition 2

Intact wire wrapping, the crossguard and pommel in aluminum, a trace of gilding visible on the sunwheels, clean blade by maker “Robert Klaas Solingen”, the scabbard without significant damage, toned. Clean blade with maker's mark “WMW Waffen”, pommel and crossguard of aluminum, dark orange grip with fine wire wrapping, bright scabbard is in excellent condition, complete with hanger and portepee. Worn, Condition 2.

Well-preserved blade with maker's mark of “Paul Weyersberg Solingen”, only tiny nicks visible, nickel fittings with sunwheels, the dark blue leather covering of the grip as well as the scabbard in good condition, only small areas of loss in the middle section of the scabbard, the sewn carrying strap is undamaged, comes in dark blue carrying case. Worn. Condition 2

Well-preserved blade without maker marking, the leather covering on the scabbard and grip in good condition, the crossguard and pommel in aluminum, the gold anodizing very well preserved, the suspension chain complete, the portepee worn in places, otherwise a fine dagger. Condition 2

Blade covered with rust pitting, brass hilt with bolted wooden grip scales, maker’s mark no longer discernible, without scabbard. Condition 2-3

Quite clean blade with rare maker's mark of “David Malsch”, additionally a Luftwaffe control stamp, tarnished nickel fittings with brass-colored sun wheels, the blue-gray leather covering scuffed in places with some losses, worn, with signs of age, otherwise still well preserved. Condition 2-

The blade with decorative etching on both sides (floral motifs), on the obverse Luftwaffe eagle, on the reverse “EhrenpreisschieÃen der Luftwaffen-Gruppe 3, 1938” (Honor Prize Shooting of Air Force Group 3, 1938), manufacturer's mark of “Malsch & Ambronn Steinbach”, white grip with fine wire wrapping, pommel and crossguard as well as scabbard uniformly toned, only lightly worn dagger with few signs of age, overall still very well preserved, rare. Condition 2


Luftflotte 3 was formed on February 1, 1939 from the Luftwaffengruppenkommando 3 (Air Force Group Command 3) established one year earlier under Hugo Sperrle and maintained its headquarters in München until the outbreak of war. In September 1939, the new headquarters was established in Bad Orb, Hesse, from where the air fleet directed operations during the so-called Phoney War in the southwestern Germany region. During the Western Campaign, Luftflotte 3 supported the advance of Heeresgruppe A (Army Group A) through the Ardennes and contributed significantly to the success of the Sichelschnitt plan (Case Yellow). After the end of operations in France, it bore the main burden of the Battle of Britain together with Luftflotte 2. When the latter was transferred east in 1941 in preparation for the attack on the Soviet Union, Luftflotte 3 remained as the supreme Luftwaffe headquarters in the West and assumed responsibility for northeastern France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Model with white grip, intact wire wrapping, aluminum fittings, clean blade with stamped maker's mark “Robert Klaas Solingen”, tinted scabbard, complete with hanger and portepee. Condition 2

The blade shows slight corrosion at the tip, manufacturer's mark “Alcoso ACS Solingen”, etched on both sides with floral scrollwork and dedication “in treuer Kameradschaft” (in true comradeship), darkened nickel fittings, sunwheels made of brass, the grip and scabbard leather covering in good condition, the suspension chain made of nickel, contemporarily repaired at the upper suspension, presumably by the wearer. Worn, with age-related traces, otherwise good condition. Condition 2-

On the ricasso with maker's mark “Original Eickhorn Solingen”. Black leather scabbard with gilded mounts, reverse-clipped, the scabbard shows a crease in the middle. Complete with original portepee.
Only lightly worn, aside from the crease on the scabbard, in very fine condition.
Comes in a suede carrying case.

Model with long blade and wide fullers, clean blade with manufacturer marking “Carl Eickhorn Solingen”, nickel plating chipped at the tip, stag grip scales with double rivets, finely serrated crossguard, nickel plating with hairline cracks, pommel personalized on front with “AS”, black lacquered steel scabbard retaining approximately 85% of original finish, minor dent visible at chape, complete with brown leather frog. A well-preserved bayonet. Condition 2-

Clean blade with maker's mark “WMW Waffen”, pommel and crossguard of aluminum, dark orange grip with fine wire wrapping, the crossguard personalized with “HP” and the scabbard between the bands with “H. Pfeiffer”, the scabbard slightly toned, complete with hanger and portepee. Worn, in very good condition. Condition 2.

Version with long blade and wide fullers, without manufacturer marking, nickel-plated hilt, showing some tarnishing, scabbard retains approximately 80% of original finish, normal signs of age and use, well preserved. Condition 2-

Blade in very fine condition with maker's mark of “E. Pack & Söhne, Solingen” with additional chamber marking “Fl.H.K 40”, the crossguard marked “FL. H. K 40”, darkened nickel fittings with brass sunwheels, the dark blue leather covering of the grip and scabbard in good condition, the sewn-on carrying strap is undamaged, worn condition.

Perfectly preserved blade with maker's mark of “Original Eickhorn Solingen” and on the other side stamp of the supplier “A. Kuhl Münster-Essen”, nickel fittings with brass sunwheels, the dark blue leather wrapping of the grip in good condition, the scabbard leather somewhat deficient (the seam partially open in places), the carrying strap is missing. Worn. Condition 2
Overall length 935 mm.

Version with aluminum fittings by “Puma Solingen”, the leather covering on the grip and scabbard is undamaged, very clean blade with maker's mark “Puma Solingen”, gold anodized sunwheels, the scabbard with sewn-on carrying leather, the fittings made of darkened sheet iron with light surface rust, the carrying leather is missing. Worn piece in good condition.

Manufactured by Ernst Pack & Söhne MbH, Waffenfabrik Solingen. Perfectly preserved blade, reverse side marked with manufacturer, white grip with fine wire wrapping, pommel and crossguard made of aluminum, all external metal parts slightly darkened, complete with hanger and portepee as worn. Very good condition. Condition 2

The grip and scabbard fittings have tarnished somewhat over the years, the leather covering on the scabbard is undamaged, however slightly worn on the grip, the scabbard with sewn-on suspension leather, the fittings darkened. Worn piece in good condition.

105 mm, saubere Dolchklinge Klinge ohne Herstellerbezeichnung, dunkelbraunes Griffstück aus Holt, die Parierstange aus Eisen, Lederscheide mit Nickelbeschlägen. Eine schöne und interessante Miniatur. Zustand 2+

Saubere Klinge ohne Hersteller, diese um etwa 10mm gekürzt, frontseitig mit Gravur "Oberfeldwebel Herbert Bornstedt" versehen, oranger Griff mit intakter Drahtwicklung, kleine Abplatzungen unterhalb des Knaufes, Beschläge aus Aluminium, die Scheide etwas aufpoliert, komplett mit Gehänge und Portepee. Ein interessantes Stück mit deutlicheren Alters-und Gebrauchsspuren. Zustand 2-

Frühe Fertigung um 1938/39. Sehr saubere Klinge mit Herstellerzeichen von "ACS Alcoso Solingen". Der Griff mit Nickelbeschlägen versilbert, auf der Parierstange ist die Vergoldung auf den Sonnenrädern noch recht gut erhalten, auf dem Knauf abgetragen. Der blau belederter Griff mit intakter Drahtwicklung. Die Stahlscheide mit vernickelten Stahlbeschlägen, die Belederung der Scheide stärker bestoßen. Die Tragekette aus Aluminium, der Trageklipp rückseitig mit Bezeichnung "DRGM OLC", komplett mit der braunen Koppeltrageschlaufe. Ein getragenerDolch mit den typischen Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren. Zustand 2-.

Blaugraues Lederband, weißer Schieber, roter Kranz, die Eichel grau. Ungetragen. Zustand 1-

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr schöne Fertigung der Fa. Puma Solingen, die Griffbeschläge in Aluminium, das Griffstück aus Elfenbein mit feiner Wicklung, vernickelte Klinge mit Klingenätzung, auf der Vorderseite zwei LW-Adler und zwei Bomber (Do 17), die Scheide ist leicht getönt und beulenfrei, komplett mit Portepee und Gehänge. Der Dolch ist nur leicht getragen, Zustand 2.


Anbei die CITES-Genehmigung für den Verkauf, Ein- und Ausfuhr nach dem Washingtoner Artenschutzübereinkommen, datiert 10.11.2025.

Schwere Ausführung mit Nickelbeschlägen, aufgelegte Sonnenrädern aus Messing, saubere Klinge mit Herstellerzeichen "Paul Weyersberg Solingen", zusätzlich die Luftwaffenkontrollpunze, die Nickelbeschläge gedunkelt, die blaue Belederung von Griff und Scheide noch gut erhalten, mit Trageleder. leichte Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, sonst aber noch sehr gut erhalten. Ca. 25 cm, sehr saubere Klinge mit Herstellerbezeichnung "Alcoso Solingen", oranges Griffstück, die Drahtwicklung intakt, das Gefäß aus Zink, leicht getönte eiserne Scheide, eine sehr schöne Miniatur. Kommt in einer Pappschachtel. Zustand 2

Ausführung mit weißem Griff, die Drahtwicklung intakt, Aluminiumknauf und Parierstange, der Hakenkreuz auf der Parierstange etwas bestoßen, leicht angelaufene Klinge ohne Hersteller, getönte Scheide ohne nennenswerte Beschädigungen. Getragen in guter Erhaltung. Zustand 2-

Sogenannter "Borddolch" der Luftwaffe. Schöne schwere Buntmetallausführung, die Belederung der Scheide und des Griffes in gutem Zustand, vergoldete Sonnenräder, die Tragekette -sowie der Karabinerhaken ebenfalls in Buntmetallausführung, die Klinge mit einer sehr schönen geätzten Damaszierung und erhabener Klingeninschrift "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit" sowie Luftwaffeadler, Hersteller "F. Herder A.S. Solingen", komplett mit original Portepee. Nur wenig getragener Dolch mit leichten Alterspuren. Zustand 2
Extrem selten, uns ist in dieser Ausführung kein weiteres Stück bekannt.

Blaugraues Leder, Aluminiumbeschläge, der D-Ring und die Koppeltrageschlaufe vorhanden, getragen, mit Altersspuren, gut erhalten. Zustand 2-

Leichte Aluminiumausführung, blanke Klinge mit Herstellermarke von "Original Eickhorn Solingen", die Sonnenräder auf dem Knauf besitzen noch sehr schöne Vergoldung, Griff und Scheidenbelederung in sehr guter Erhaltung, jedoch bei der Scheidenbelederung ist seitlich die Naht etwas aufgegangen, das Trageleder mit birnenförmigem Gehänge.
