Reduced size, height with crown 55 mm, silver construction, cross arms without balls, enameled on both sides, medallions in gold, with portrait of Henry IV and 3 fleur de lis, on old original ribbon. Clear signs of wear, enamel damaged and repaired in several places, condition 2-3.

The medallion obverse “Republique Francaise 1870”, reverse tricolors. Enameled on both sides, the medallion gilded, with ribbon. Heavily worn, the enamel slightly damaged, condition 2-.

Lightly worn, blue enamel on the reverse inscription ring damaged, otherwise condition 2+. Complete with original ribbon in presentation case, interior marked with maker “Jorrel Rue Sasory 6, Versailles”. Accompanied by the owner's matching miniature and another miniature of Napoleon III.
