Bavaria Miniature of a Fur Cap as an Officer's Gift from the Bavarian Leib Infantry Regiment

In the form of an officer's grenadier cap from the founding period of the regiment in 1814. Silver, very fine detailed representation of the bearskin cap, front with the Bavarian shield. Top cover enameled in red, the base of the screwed plume holder somewhat damaged, the blue enamel significantly damaged and preserved only in remnants. Interior gilded. Height with plume holder 16 cm. Missing, as with so many pieces, the base with name engraving, as well as the hanging cord on the right. Nevertheless a very rare and decorative piece.
In complete and good condition this officer's gift costs well over EUR 10,000; due to the defects, priced favorably by us.
