Reichsmarine 1919 -1933

Imperial Navy/Provisional Reichsmarine (!!) White Working Jumper for a Signal Mate in Minesweeper Staff

Chamber piece from 1915, worn until approximately 1919/20. The so-called working jumper made of heavy white fabric with white collar, front right with breast pocket, on the left sleeve the cloth insignia for Signal Mate, above it the insignia for Staff member, below with chevron and Minesweeper badge, under the collar with the chamber stamp “B.A.K. 10.8.15 1” Condition 2.

A very rare and historically interesting exhibit! After the end of the World War, the Navy had to clear the deployed mines according to the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles. An important and dangerous task!
