NSDAP - Westfalenfahrt of the Alte Garde 1939

Bottle of fired clay marked Steinhäger-Urquell in special edition for the traditional rally of the Alte Garde. Handle and other areas restored!, height approx. 28 cm.
The flavored spirit takes its name from the East Westphalian community of Steinhagen on the southern slope of the Teutoburger Wald. Steinhäger is a juniper-flavored spirit. Characteristic is the elongated bottle made of brown stoneware. The juniper schnapps from the former König distillery in Steinhagen originally also bore the name Steinhäger-Urquell.

NSDAP Large Certificate of Honor from Gauverlag Schlesien for the Editor of the “Schlesischer Beobachter”

circa 1940. Large red leather portfolio, front cover with large embossed national eagle, reverse with artist signature “H.F. Wagner”. The inside of the cover with light brown, gold-bordered leather inlay, center with embossed Iron Cross before swastika, below the years “1930 - 1940”. On the right side inserted the large certificate on parchment, hand-lettered with calligraphic text: “As editor of the National Socialist campaign newspaper of Gau Schlesien ‘Schlesischer Beobachter’, Party Comrade ERICH GOEBEL entered into service 10 years ago today, on 15 Feb. 1930, for the dissemination of our Führer’s idea in Schlesien.
In recognition of his many years of commitment to the Schlesische Gau press, this commemorative document is presented to him today. Breslau 15 February 1940. - Gauverlag NS-Schlesien G.m.b.H.” with original signature of the Gau publishing director. Dimensions 38.5 x 31.5 cm. Complete in the linen-covered protective case.
