SA - German Rider Leader Badge, 1937
Manufactured from silver-plated Cupal, reverse marked by maker “Ernst L. Müller, Pforzheim”, manufactured after the design by Berlin graphic artist Paul Casberg “PC”, with stamped award number “0066”. Only lightly worn, the original silver plating and toning still very well preserved, condition 2.
The badge was instituted in 1937 to promote riding and driving training in the National Socialist Rider Corps NSRK. To this day, only very few originals are known; we estimate a total of fewer than 400 awards.
