Party Comrade Dr. Schumann is accused of multiple incidents.
- Having designated Party Comrade Reg.Rat. Dr. Fries as an informer and thereby having attacked his honor.
- Having made statements hostile to the state in September 1939 toward Volksgenossin Dorothea Georgesohn, which fall under the Treachery Act.
- In spring 1940, derogatory remarks toward Party Comrade and SS Member Eberhardt from Hannover, with critical remarks about alleged deficiencies in the railway system, and that the German Reich is insufficiently armed for a two-front war.
- In February 1941 at the Hotel Berliner Hof in Königsberg, having insulted Oberfeldwebel and Officer Candidate Helmbold from the Glider Flight School Neuhausen and the German Wehrmacht.

- False statements in his declaration of acceptance for the NSDAP, in which he confirmed with his signature that his now-deceased wife was of pure Aryan descent, although he knew that she was the granddaughter of a Jewish grandfather, 1/4-Jewish.
- Listening to foreign radio stations even after the outbreak of war
- False certification in the ancestral passport of his daughter, in which he had persons entered as ancestors of his first wife who did not belong in the ancestral line at all, in order to conceal the non-pure Aryan descent.
