Imperial German Navy Officer's Dagger in Deluxe Execution

This is a fine example manufactured by Carl Eickhorn Solingen, circa 1910. All fittings of gilt bronze, the grip of ivory with wire wrapping, open pommel, the crossguard with push-button release on reverse, slightly tarnished blade with etching on both sides showing crowned anchor over sailing ship, maker's mark of Eickhorn Solingen, the scabbard in deluxe execution with hammered finish and additional embossed oak leaf decoration, the suspension rings and ring bands with fine foliate decoration. Overall length 38 cm. Only lightly worn in very fine condition. 

Included is the CITES permit for sale, import and export under the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, dated 2025.
