Waffen-SS Reversible Camouflage Smock Model M 1942 in Smoke Pattern “Blurred Edge”

Manufactured circa 1943, reversible, with 2 hip pockets with straight flaps. The pockets made of dark green drill cloth. The loops for camouflage material on the shoulders were neatly removed. The chest lacing with an old leather strap from a lace-up boot. The elastic cords in the sleeves and at the waist are still present but no longer elastic. Under the left armpit with an old wartime field repair.
Worn piece in good untouched original condition.

In recent years the camouflage smock was displayed at the “Eyewitness Museum” in Beek, Netherlands, which closed this year.

Late production circa 1943, reversible, with 2 hip pockets with straight flaps. The loops for camouflage material on the shoulders and back were removed during the war, complete with original drawstring. Elastic cords are present and still elastic. The pockets made of dark green drill cloth. Overall length approximately 79 cm. Only lightly worn, still very vibrant in color, condition 2.

In recent years, the Waffen-SS camouflage shirt was exhibited at the “Eyewitness Museum” in Beek, Netherlands, which closed this year.
