Chamber piece circa 1910. Red wool vest with white trim around the perimeter, centered on both sides with the large star of the Order of the Black Eagle with hand-embroidered center in enlisted man's execution, the vest fastening with hooks on the left shoulder and side. Interior with linen lining. Condition 2.

Very rare, offered by us for the first time in years.

The surcoat was worn by honor guards from the Gardes du Corps Regiment detailed for festive occasions. Only with this uniform belonged also the gorget and the special white bandolier with the large white cartridge box.

Circa 1900. The bandolier of thick whitened leather with red wool braid, the braid applied so that an approximately 0.5 cm wide white edge remains visible, silver-plated fittings, the underside of the bandolier with red cloth lining. The cartridge box of the same thick whitened leather, on the large lid the red braid and the large metal Guards star with the motto “suum cuique”, inside the original wooden box insert. Condition 2.

Very rare! The cartridge box and bandolier prescribed since 1883 belonged only to the full dress guard uniform of the Gardes du Corps Regiment.

Circa 1900. Leather belt with brass fittings, the exterior whitened and bordered all around with two red-white braids, complete with drag strap and brass chain. Condition 2.

For grand court festivities, members of the Gardes du Corps Regiment who were detailed as honor guards wore a special uniform, the so-called gala guard uniform. Initially, only the supravest was distinctive. From 1883 onwards, a special bandolier with cartridge box and this special belt for the gala guard uniform were additionally introduced.

Circa 1900. The breastplate made of tombac with screwed-on silver-plated trophy surmounted by the Royal Crown, the cipher “♔WII” and the dates “1712 1912”, in the center the gilt cipher “FR”. Complete with suspension chain on ponceau red fabric. Reverse with three suspension loops, marked with maker “C.E. Juncker Berlin”, engraved with owner's name “Kuhl”. Condition 2.

Circa 1910. The koller manufactured in chamber quality, the cloth made of white kersey, red collar and cuff flaps, both with white guard lace with red pull-throughs, on the collar, breast piping and cuff flaps the red-white-red koller braid, sewn onto the shoulders the white shoulder straps with red edging for the regiment, nickel-plated buttons, on the collar the coat-of-arms buttons for the lance corporal, on the left breast two loops for orders and decorations. Unlined interior, with first aid kit pocket (introduced 1907). Only slight moth damage, various inscriptions inside. Condition 2.
