Elegant saddle-form construction circa 1939, removable cap cover in white pique fabric. Complete with all insignia, the national eagle hand-embroidered in metallic thread on white cloth backing, the eagle is sewn on, visor wreath in hand-embroidered metallic thread execution. Interior brown sweatband, left side with blind stamp “Erel Stirnschutz D.R.G.M”, unlined construction, worn condition, size approximately 57.

circa 1942. Elegant high saddle form, cloth of lightweight gabardine. Complete with hand-embroidered bullion wire cap eagle and cockade. Interior with brown sweatband, yellow silk lining with celluloid diamond, maker “Berliner Uniformmützenfabrik Berlin W.15 Bismarck Str. 105 Sonderklasse”, size approximately 57. Condition 2+.

Very fine large metal bullion hand-embroidered example. Lightly worn only, wing tips cut off, condition 2+.

early blue-gray paint, on the left side the Luftwaffe eagle 2nd pattern approximately 80% remaining, on the right side the national shield approximately 85% present, the shell stamped on the side “Q68”, lot number 21448 at the rear, leather liner on aluminum ring, chinstrap missing, helmet rivets have been replaced, size approximately 58. Worn condition, Grade 2-3

Chamber piece. Flight blouse in the typical enlisted man's version, complete with insignia. Breast eagle 2nd Model in machine-embroidered execution, hand-sewn. Collar tabs machine-sewn, surrounding NCO braid around the collar. Shoulder straps with loops (heavily worn), Waffenfarbe golden yellow. On the chest a ribbon bar with 2 decorations: War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, Medal for the Italian-German Campaign in Africa. On the left forearm with Motor Vehicle Proficiency Badge of the Luftwaffe with surrounding golden cord and Motor Vehicle Proficiency Badge of the Heer in the 3rd Grade (Gold), as well as the Afrika cuff title, hand-sewn. Interior gray cloth lining, stamping is not recognizable. Sleeve length 59 cm, chest circumference 80 cm, back length 67 cm. Heavily worn piece, the sleeves were slightly shortened, belt suspension hooks are present as well as a whistle, condition 2-3.

Tombac, the wreath gilt, the eagle silvered, the edges polished. In case with imprint "Luftwaffe Pilot and Observer Badge", interior with spray felt lining.

The blade with decorative etching on both sides, on the obverse floral scrollwork and centrally the Luftwaffe eagle 1st pattern, on the reverse also floral scrollwork and the early oval maker's mark of “Carl Eickhorn Solingen”, pommel and crossguard are made of aluminum, little of the gilding on the swastikas remains, orange plastic grip with fine wire wrapping, the blued steel scabbard is undamaged, complete with portepee and shortened hanger. A fine dagger in good condition.
